Bordeaux decimated before facing Brest and OM

Faced with a dozen positive cases for the coronavirus within its professional workforce, Bordeaux is demanding the postponement of its 16th round of the Coupe de France scheduled for Sunday against Brest.

To the many cases already detected before the short winter break were added in particular the positive screenings of Edson Mexer and Laurent Koscielny.

Beyond the recovery against SB29 this weekend, the shock of the 20e L1 day between the Girondins and OM, scheduled for Friday January 7, could also be threatened.

A real headache in perspective, especially as the Marseillais already have a championship match to catch up against Lyon.
