A meeting this summer
The Nice leaders would have met the Batavian to convince him to join the Côte d’Azur, but finally opted for another known option: Christophe Galtier, just champion of France with Lille. The reason ? OGC Nice had tried to find an agreement with Erik Ten Hag to become the new coach of the Aiglons before finally choosing Christophe Galtier, the former of ASSE. They considered it was not Ten Hag’s time yet.
