Bayern are eager to see the results of the 2021 Ballon d’Or, with striker Robert Lewandowski obviously one of the big favorites.
It is this Monday evening that the name of the France Football 2021 Ballon d’Or will be unveiled, during a ceremony which will begin at 8:30 p.m. in the heart of Paris (and live on the L’Equipe channel). Lionel Messi should in all likelihood be crowned a 7th time, as some European journalists have revealed. At the expense of the two other big favorites that are Karim Benzema and Robert Lewandowski…
Despite this, the Bayern obviously did not give up. The Munich club launched a special “live” Ballon d’Or on Sunday on its website (fcbayern.com), in order to inform its supporters of the latest news on this subject. Bayern, however, does not say whether their 33-year-old striker will make the trip to Paris on Monday. A small delegation could fly to the French capital, since Manuel Neuer is nominated for the Yachine Trophy (best goalkeeper) and Jamal Musiala for the Kopa Trophy (best player under 21).
