Mercato: Hazard ready to leave in January?

Belgian star Eden Hazard is said to have made up his mind to leave his Real Madrid club in the next transfer window.

After two and a half very complicated years, Eden Hazard would now be open to a departure from Real Madrid.

According to reports from Spain, the player’s representatives convinced him that this was the right solution after seeing the Belgian start on the bench during last weekend’s match against Elche.

Hazard has found himself sidelined from coach Carlo Ancelotti’s plans this season for this home encounter despite being perfectly fit. A benching experienced as a disavowal especially that the Italian technician had declared Friday that he absolutely did not retain the former Lille in his workforce.

“Hazard doesn’t like to be a substitute”

The Belgian player’s agents are already starting to activate behind the scenes. In view of the next transfer window, they would have offered it to two English teams, namely Chelsea, his previous club, and Newcastle United.

Separately, a source close to the midfielder told ABC: “He doesn’t like being a substitute and in these situations he prefers to look for another team where he can be important.”

Since his arrival in Madrid in the summer of 2019 and against an amount of 100M €, Hazard has started only 36 matches as a starter, in all competitions. And his achievement counter remains stuck at five poor units.
